Welcome to The Re-Align Circle™, a sacred space for sensitive, empathic, heart-centered women to pause, breathe, and re-align. By enrolling in this membership, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Nature of Services

The Re-Align Circle™ is a membership offering that provides education, inspiration, and holistic practices for personal growth. It is not psychotherapy or a substitute for clinical mental health services.

If you are a current or past psychotherapy client of Melissa Jean Paulson, MSW, LICSW, you acknowledge that this membership is a separate offering outside of the clinical relationship and does not constitute a continuation of psychotherapy services.

2. Membership Commitment

By purchasing this membership, you agree to:
✅ Commit to the full term selected (monthly or annual).
✅ Respect the energy of the circle by engaging mindfully and honoring the experiences of other members.

Founding Member pricing is honored as long as your membership remains active without interruption. New pricing starts 1/1/2026 for new and returning members.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of this offering and the immediate access to resources and community, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Please enroll only if you feel aligned and ready to commit to your personal journey within this sacred space.

4. Intellectual Property

All content provided in The Re-Align Circle™, including but not limited to videos, audios, written materials, and practices, is the intellectual property of Melissa Jean Paulson, MSW, and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without express written consent.

5. Community Guidelines

This is a private, sacred space for reflection, growth, and connection. Members agree to:
✅ Maintain confidentiality of other members’ shared experiences.
✅ Engage respectfully in all communications.
✅ Refrain from sharing personal health or medical advice to other members.

Any violation of these guidelines may result in removal from the community without refund.
