The Frequency of Remembrance: How Quantum Biology Found Me
Jun 01, 2025
I’m a passionate woman who feels deeply and processes life with great intensity. Often reserved, sensitive to the subtleties most don't pick up on, yet deeply curious and contemplative as a result.
My path has never been linear - it’s been a dance of living, learning, shedding, and remembering.
Everything I offer now is the result of walking through systems, breaking through limits, and attuning to something deeper.
At 19, I began working in locked psychiatric wards - immersed in the raw reality of human pain. But my education wasn’t just clinical. That same year, my brother left the physical realm due to a drunk driving incident involving his best friend. I was grieving while learning how to hold space for others’ grief. And that dual initiation - personal and professional - shaped everything that followed.
I became deeply curious about the human condition and how our experiences and environments impact us. I wanted to know: What helps us heal when we feel broken? What allows us to keep living when part of us has become disconnected? And what else is there?
A Spiritual Awakening
That curiosity took root over the next 19 years. I earned my bachelor's in psychology and a master’s in social work, became a licensed independent clinical social worker, and built a career supporting others. But something in me remained quietly unsettled. I didn’t want to just manage symptoms and problems - I wanted to understand the soul inside the experiences.
In 2008, I experienced a spiritual awakening that changed everything. That’s when the work of Louise Hay found me. Her teachings on self-love, the body’s wisdom, and energetic healing cracked something open in me. Through her, I found the Science of Mind philosophy and began exploring consciousness, affirmations, and the metaphysical roots of health and dis-ease.
That awakening set me on a new course - a holistic one that couldn’t be charted by credentials alone.
Energy, Curiosity, and an Unconventional Path
I followed the next aligned steps: training in neuroscience, quantum physics, positive psychology, Access Consciousness, and hands-on energy work. I began to feel what I had once only studied - how emotion lives in the body, how trauma reshapes our energy, and how deeply we are influenced by what we can’t see.
Around the same time, I deepened my relationship with breathwork and meditation. I focused on the heart - not just metaphorically, but as an energetic and physiological center of intelligence. These practices became the foundation of how I lived and how I served. Some things can just feel really heavy and it provided a way back to center after the turbulence.
Then Human Design found me. At first, I resisted it. But once I surrendered and dove into the training, I discovered a system that synthesized the Chinese I'Ching, the Hindu Brahman chakra system, the Kabbalah's Tree of Life, and both Eastern and Western Astrology into something deeply resonant. The 64 hexagrams became living wisdom. I became certified on the business side of this Human Design System as a BG5 Career and Business Consultant and began weaving both personal and professional insights to help others align with their natural strengths and ways of being.
A Deepening Through Integration
My desire to understand the body wasn’t just to share professionally - it was rooted in my personal desire.
I had lived with hormonal struggles, endured multiple miscarriages, and navigated seasons of depression. I was eventually diagnosed with Hashimoto’s, an autoimmune condition that left me feeling depleted and disconnected from my body. But deep down, I knew I could recover my vitality. I knew there was more to the story - something beyond the surface symptoms.
That knowing led me to study psychoneuroimmunology and biological decoding, where I learned how unresolved emotional conflicts imprint on the body’s tissues and systems. These teachings offered a bridge between psyche, nervous system, immune response, and meaning. They helped me not just understand but feel how healing is possible when we work with the whole being.
Later, I trained with Dr. Leslie Korn and became certified in Integrative Mental Health. Her work helped me bring together nutrition, trauma healing, somatic support, and ancestral awareness into a unified lens. I also trained and became certified with the HeartMath Institute, integrating the science of heart coherence into both my personal and professional practice.
Still, I kept asking: What if healing isn’t about doing more, but about remembering how to listen more deeply?
A Turning Point
That question deepened when I read Brain Energy by psychiatrist Dr. Christopher Palmer. His work explored the mitochondrial and metabolic roots of mental health - and it confirmed what I had long sensed: the brain is the body, and all healing is energetic at its core.
This realization cracked something open.
For years, I had been offering holistic tools to the women I served - not just as techniques, but as invitations. Invitations to shift out of the mind’s constant analysis and into the body’s deeper truth. Whether through breath, grounding, sound, or light, these practices created a gateway: a way to remember the body as a wise and trustworthy partner in healing.
So many of the women I supported - high-functioning, intuitive, nurturing had unconsciously developed a relationship with their body that was shaped by old patterns: overworking, ignoring signals, pushing through pain. Sometimes those habits were personal. Often, they were ancestral.
Helping them reconnect with their body was never about control or performance - it was about relationship. It was about witnessing how they treated themselves, not with judgment, but with awareness. That awareness became the starting point for change.
And that’s when I found Dr. Catherine Clinton, ND.
The Frequency That Found Me
Catherine’s work felt like a homecoming. I began with her Quantum Biology of Trauma course and immediately implemented circadian rhythm practices. My body exhaled. I felt more regulated, more rested, more alive.
When she opened her 6+ month long mentoring of Quantum Biology Health Training, I knew it was for me. Her frequency matched mine. Her ability to bridge hard science with heart-centered awareness gave me language for what I had long known but struggled to name. Light, water, sound, frequency - these weren’t just tools. They were the fabric of life itself.
I graduated from the Quantum Biology Health Institute with a certification in Quantum Biology Health on April 1, 2025. But it no way did it feel like an end because it's just the beginning - a sacred return to the natural coherence I had spent years chasing, only to find it was within me all along. And I am beyond blessed to be continuing with the Quantum Biology Health Institute in the next expanded Quantum Biology Health Training in September.
Living It Before Leading It
I’ve lived through the conventional model - taking prescriptions, managing symptoms, trying to suppress what my body was clearly trying to express.
And I’ve walked the alternative path - investing thousands in tests, treatments, and protocols. Some helped. Many didn’t.
The real shift came when I started asking:
What if I stopped trying to fix myself… and started aligning with what’s already wise inside me?
That’s when I remembered:
Light.
Water.
Sound.
Frequency.
The original medicine.
What was revealed to me wasn’t just a healing protocol - it was a holistic approach on a quantum level.
One that honors the coherence between body, environment, and spirit… and reminds us that we are already wired for harmony.
The Re-Aligned Journey™
The Re-Aligned Journey™ didn’t come from a strategy.
It came from a spiral of remembrance.
- It’s for the woman who’s perceptive, intuitive, and often underestimated.
- The high-functioning nurturer who’s been trying to do everything right - and still feels out of rhythm.
- The quiet trailblazer who senses there’s more - but needs a different way to get there.
- The sensitive, empathic woman who feels everything deeply - so deeply that life can feel overwhelming, lonely, or confusing. She may carry shame or self-doubt, not because she’s broken, but because she’s been conditioned to believe her tenderness is a weakness instead of a strength. No one taught her how to live as a heart-centered woman in a world that values performance over presence.
- And it’s for the woman who finds herself living through something she never expected - a season, a circumstance, or a setback she’s been taught to judge as wrong. But what if it’s not wrong? What if it’s part of the unraveling that brings her home to what’s real?
This journey meets you where you are - but it won’t leave you there.
It unfolds in three soul-rooted phases:
Phase 1: Wisdom of the Mind – Reclaiming the Voice Within
“I remember my voice.”
This phase is about hearing yourself again. It’s a reconnection with the inner terrain - the thoughts, beliefs, and inherited narratives that shape your biology and behavior.
You begin to release looping thoughts and stress patterns by tuning into your breath, restoring your circadian rhythm, and inviting in self-compassion.
Phase 2: Resonance of the Body – The Temple Remembers
“I release what I carry.”
This is the grounded middle path - where you let the body speak.
It’s not just about detoxing physically - it’s about releasing what was never yours to hold, softening into your tissues, and reclaiming safety in your own skin.
Through somatic awareness, natural light, structured water, and sacred embodiment, you begin to return to resonance.
Phase 3: Rhythm of the Soul – The Spiral Awakens
“I return to my rhythm.”
This is not the end - it’s the return.
Here, your trauma becomes teacher. The rhythm is no longer imposed from outside—it rises from within. This phase honors your soul’s design, your intuitive timing, and your authentic expression through creativity and heart-led choice.
It’s about reclaiming who you’ve always been - before the stress, the silence, the shape-shifting to survive.
What’s Next
This summer, I’ll be opening space for one-on-one sessions designed for women who are ready to reconnect with their bodies, breath, and inner guidance - especially those who’ve spent years supporting others while quietly craving a deeper connection to themselves.
In these sessions, I hold a compassionate space for you to soften into presence - without judgment, without pressure. Together, we explore what’s underneath the surface: the stories, patterns, and stress imprints that may be shaping how you feel and how you function.
I draw from years of training in integrative mental health, subconscious transformation, quantum biology, and somatic awareness - but more than anything, I bring my full presence, intuition, and heart. We co-create a path that honors your timing and your truth.
Using custom hypnosis-based scripts and heart-centered guidance, I support you in shifting what no longer fits so you can come home to yourself. This is not about fixing. It’s about re-aligning with who you truly are.
In the fall, I’ll be opening a small group immersion that brings the full spiral of The Re-Aligned Journey™ to life. It’s designed for the woman who is ready to reclaim her rhythm, restore her vitality, and live guided by her own truth.
But for now, let this land gently:
You’re not too much.
You’re not too sensitive.
You’re not behind.
You’re already wired for harmony.
Sometimes the most profound healing doesn’t come from doing more.
It comes from remembering who you’ve always been.
