Choosing the One‑Hearted Path

May 04, 2026

May 4, 2026 • Waning Gibbous • Softening after the peak

Dear Beautiful,

I hope this lunar letter finds you well and beginning to soften after the intensity of the last few weeks.

Today the moon is in her waning gibbous phase, still bright but slowly easing away from the fullness of last week. This part of the cycle often invites integration and gentle release, a time to sit with what has been illuminated and let what is no longer needed begin to fall away.

As I’ve been traveling in Verde Valley, Arizona, I’ve been thinking again about a teaching from the Hopi people that has always stayed with me: the difference between the two‑hearted path and the one‑hearted path.

The two‑hearted path is where the head and the heart are split. We override what we feel with what we think we “should” do. We stay in our minds, looping, analyzing, pushing. For sensitive and strong women, this can become a familiar survival strategy, especially when we’ve grown up feeling “too much” or responsible for everyone else’s experience.

The one‑hearted path is different. It’s a return to coherence between head and heart. A quieter, truer alignment where your mind is informed by your heart’s wisdom instead of trying to manage everything on its own.

This is the heart of what I call The Re‑Aligned Journey™.

Sensitive women are wired for depth: we process more information, feel more nuance in other people, notice subtleties in our environments, and often carry a lot of emotional and mental activity because of it. There is the empathy, the reflection, the sensitivity to tone and timing, the overwhelm. Without support, it’s easy to live almost entirely from the neck up.

So much of my work, again and again, is guiding women back into their heart.

Back to what I call heart wisdom – the felt sense of “yes” or “no” that lives in the body long before the mind has finished weighing pros and cons. The electromagnetic field of the heart is literally the strongest field in the body, and when we tune inward and raise our own frequency, the thoughts we access begin to change. Our nervous system has a different reference point.

In Human Design, the moon is often described as a driving force in the chart. I feel that in my own life. It’s one of the reasons I write this weekly Rise & Realign Lunar Letter: to help you start noticing your own patterns and rhythms, to understand the voice inside you that wants to express, and to remember that your guidance runs through your heart, not just your head.

As the moon wanes from her peak, this week feels like an invitation into one‑heartedness:

  • Where have you been living as if your mind has to figure everything out alone?
  • Where is your heart quietly asking to be included in the conversation again?
  • What would it feel like to let your sensitivity be guided through your heart, instead of trying to manage it only with your thoughts?

You don’t have to force anything. Just begin by noticing.

Your Sensitivity Is Intelligent Design

If today’s reflection on the one‑hearted path is speaking to you, Your Sensitivity Is Intelligent Design is my essentials course for sensitive and strong women who are ready to understand their sensitive system as intentional design, not a flaw to fix.

Inside, we explore how your nervous system, mind, and body are wired for depth, and how to build a Re‑Alignment Map so you can live more from heart‑led guidance instead of constant overthinking.

Last Week's Conversation for Sensitive Souls

If you missed it, last week’s episode flows right into this theme of head vs. heart: Rise & Realign: Conversations for the Sensitive Soul - Ep 26 | The Two Paths: Heart vs. Head Guidance in an Overthinking World

In this conversation, I explore how sensitive women get pulled into the “two‑hearted” path (living mostly from the head) and what it looks like to return to the “one‑hearted” path, where the heart’s wisdom leads and the mind supports instead of controls.

Closing Blessing

As the moon softens from her peak, may you feel your own edges soften too. May the noise of overthinking begin to quiet, and the voice of your heart grow a little clearer.

May you remember that alignment is not something you force with your mind, but something you allow through your whole being.

May you continue to walk the one‑hearted path, where your sensitivity, your wisdom, and your life move in the same direction.

You are exactly where you need to be. 🌔✨

And may you continue to rise, reclaim your rhythm, and remember the wisdom that already lives within you.

I’d love to know what this moment is clarifying for you. You’re always welcome to reply and share what you’re noticing.✨

If this reflection felt supportive, feel free to pass it along to another sensitive & strong woman who may need the same reminder today.

We rise together when we pause, breathe, and realign with love.

With moon and heart,
