For so long, we have been told that our struggles are the result of a chemical imbalance, a flaw in our wiring that requires a pill to fix. But as a sensitive woman who has walked the path from medication-focused psychiatry to integrative mental health and quantum biology, I know this story is incomplete. It is not the whole truth.

In this episode, I share my own lived experience with anxiety, depression, Hashimoto's thyroiditis, and the journey of finding what truly works for my body.
