Ep 33 | Your Own Soul Curriculum: Why There Is No Single Right Way
Last week, we explored waking up to your sensory intelligence and the variety of paths. This week, we go deeper into what it means to truly honor all paths, including your own. I share why "live and let live" has been my philosophy, how supporting younger sensitive women reveals their innate brilliance, and why what feels "crazy" may actually be your deepest wisdom speaking. Your path is unfolding in the way that is for your highest and greatest good, even if it does not make sense.
What Arose in This Conversation:
- Live and Let Live: There is no one right way. Whether we are talking diet, career, or any area where there seems to be an either/or, each of us is here on our own journey with our own soul curriculum.
- Coming Home to Yourself: The number one relationship to focus on and develop is the one with yourself. Your body is your best friend; that is who will carry you through every experience. Not to try to fix it, but to reel things back in and connect with your own heart's intelligence and wisdom.
- The Brilliance of the Young Sensitive Soul: Supporting younger women is something I feel deeply passionate about. When they say, "I know this is crazy," I tell them, "That is brilliant." I give them the research and the language to understand how what they shared is so powerful. They are the pattern breakers.
- We Cannot Drag Somebody Along: Not everyone is operating at the same level of consciousness. That is not something to fix. If there is a pause in a relationship with someone I love deeply, I trust there is a divine purpose for that space.
- Alchemizing Old Beliefs: Decades of believing a certain thing do not make it so, except for as long as we are believing it. We can transmute it and focus our attention on a new way.
An Invitation to Carry With You: Take a break and breathe love. When we can be present with whatever the challenge is, whatever is arising, that pause, that stillness, that connecting with your breath helps bridge you with your own heart's intelligence and wisdom. Each of us has our own unique beauty and brilliance. Not everyone we interact with may be operating from the same level of consciousness, and that is not something to fix.
