You Don’t Have to Heal It All

March 23, 2026 • Waxing Crescent • First light after the equinox
Dear Beautiful,
I hope this lunar letter finds you well and connected with your own inner rhythm.
As I reflect on what has been rising for me these past few days, I noticed something through two different experiences with two different vehicles and an emergency brake. Each time, I had driven without fully releasing it.
What struck me in the quiet space between sleeping and waking on the morning after the equinox was this: how difficult it is for any of us to notice the patterns in our lives, and what might be living underneath them, if we are not slowing down enough to see them at all.
The emergency brake had been trying to get my attention for a while. And it finally did.
What the Equinox Asked Me To See
The day before this realization, I was talking with loved ones about something I feel deeply: how easy it is to carry patterns that don’t actually start with us.
Maybe you’ve felt it too. You find yourself reacting in ways that don’t feel like who you really are. You hold responsibilities that feel heavier than your years. You notice old stories playing out in your family, even when no one is naming them.
That’s often what it feels like to be sensitive and aware in a world that hasn’t always known how to hold that sensitivity.
If you are the one in your family or your circle who notices these things, who can trace the threads and feel the weight of what’s been passed down, I want you to remember this:
There is power in seeing.
And it is not your job to heal everything you see.
Your seeing, your loving, and your sincere wish for good are already part of the healing.
The Ongoing Invitation
This is the invitation I always come back to:
Realign with your own heart and soul.
You are here on purpose.
To know yourself.
To love yourself.
To tend to yourself at your own breath and pace.
And as you continue to do this, quietly, consistently, without forcing, the benefits ripple out to those closest to you and beyond.
You don’t have to fix the river.
You just need to keep returning to your own flow.
Last Week's Conversation for Sensitive Souls
Last week on the podcast Rise & Realign: Conversations for the Sensitive Soul (Ep 20 | Sensitive Nervous Systems & The Environments We Live In (Podcasthon x Green America) I had the honor of participating in Podcasthon, a global podcasting event raising awareness for causes that matter. I spoke about Green America and the importance of conscious and sustainable living, especially for those of us who are highly sensitive.
Sensitive nervous systems often register environmental changes more quickly, both the nourishing ones and the depleting ones. Tending to the world around us is another way of tending to our own bodies and hearts, and it felt meaningful to show up for that conversation.

If you are in your twenties, or if a young woman in your life would benefit from understanding her sensitive nature, I want to share something I’m offering, with the next gathering on April 13.
For women who join in March, there is a free 30-day founding member experience.
The Sensitive & Strong Circle is a space designed specifically for women in their twenties who are beginning to understand their nervous system, their intuition, and the way they move through the world. It’s for young women who want to feel less “too much” and more grounded in who they are.
This circle offers practical insight into sensitivity, stress, and emotional awareness, while also helping women trust their inner voice rather than override it. So many women spend their twenties believing something is wrong with them, when in truth their nervous system is simply processing life more deeply. This space is designed to change that story.
If it feels aligned, you can learn more and join the newly forming Sensitive & Strong Circle here:

Something Is Taking Shape
I also want to whisper something that is still forming:
A foundations course is coming, designed specifically for the sensitive and strong woman who is ready to begin understanding herself from the inside out.
It will be called Rise & Re-Align Foundations: Where the Sensitive Woman With Spark Begins Her Journey Home.
More soon. 🌿
Closing Blessing
As the waxing crescent rises over Southern California this week, that first tender sliver of light after the darkness of the new moon, may you feel what is beginning in you.
The equinox has turned. A new season is here.
Whatever you have been carrying that is not yours to carry, may you feel it begin to loosen its hold.
May you slow down just enough to notice what your life has been trying to show you.
May you trust that your seeing is enough. Your loving is enough.
Your intention for good ripples further than you will ever fully know.
And may you continue to rise, reclaim your rhythm, and remember the wisdom that already lives within you.
I’d love to know what this moment is clarifying for you. You’re always welcome to reply and share what you’re noticing.✨
If this reflection felt supportive, feel free to pass it along to another sensitive & strong woman who may need the same reminder today.
We rise together when we pause, breathe, and realign with love.
With moon and heart,
Melissa
