Listening to the Body's Timing

Dear Beautiful,
I hope this lunar letter finds you well and attuned to your body's communication. The Last Quarter Moon is a natural recalibration point. This phase invites reflection, not through analysis, but through the body. It’s a moment to notice what has become tense, overextended, or quietly braced, and to allow some of that effort to fall away.
For highly sensitive women, this matters deeply. When the nervous system has learned to stay alert or protective, calm doesn’t come from pushing harder or thinking differently. It comes from slowing down enough for the body to feel safe again.
This is where sensitivity becomes wisdom. Your body registers change before your mind does, it senses subtle shifts in rhythm, environment, and emotional tone, and it responds accordingly. The Last Quarter Moon supports releasing what the body no longer needs to hold, especially patterns of self-override, urgency, or quiet endurance.
Nothing needs to be fixed. Simply noticing where your breath can soften, where your shoulders can drop, or where rest is asking to be honored is enough for now.
Sensitivity is not something to manage. It is a form of sensory intelligence. It’s something to listen to.
