Dear Beautiful,
I am writing to you from my parent's home, one I return to annually. As I sit with my heart and reflect on how the past week unfolded, I am reminded that holidays often bring to the surface old patterns or wounds that have been unresolved. This is not because there is something wrong with sensitive women or our loved ones, but because our hearts feel deeply - and our inner truths want to be expressed. It is part of the process of individuation and remembrance.
In this waxing gibbous moment I am noticing the calmness of integration. Of how love is always connecting us even when emotional exchanges may arise - that this too is how we release what has been stored instead of spoken. We each are realizing this at our own paces and as highly sensitive women we are often the ones to feel it and then see it as well, often earlier than others.
Having this form of sensory intelligence is an invitation to tend to yourself. Creating extra space to breathe and allowing a clearer understanding of yourself is essential. Choosing to get off the blame game ride so you can tend to your more finely tuned nervous system is key. Knowing thyself is the path to healing thyself - from previously accepted incorrect notions about thyself.
